Citizens Plaza has large and small halls, a citizens’ gallery, citizens’ salons, and a practice room where residents can meet and interact as well as present and appreciate art. The halls are also used to host events such as concerts and plays. A fee is required to use the facilities.
Hours
9 a.m. to 9 p.m.（the dedicated elevator can be used from 8:45 a.m.）
Closed on the first and third Wednesdays （however, it will open if the day falls on a national holiday） and December 29~January 3. It may also be closed for facility maintenance.
